Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were a bit small, cramming in two single beds with limited space to move around. Although the room was open and accessible to anyone coming in, given its rooftop connection on the 5th floor, it was up to standard but nothing exceptional.
The hotel offers a beautiful view of the ocean from the rooms, but they feel a bit cramped and outdated for a supposed five-star standard. The service, though friendly, lacked enthusiasm at times and struggled with noise issues. The location is great for exploring nearby parks like 'Love Park' and Miniland, but the dining options, while diverse, may not fully meet expectations.
The hotel is in a very good location, close to the city center and with a wonderful view of a well-manicured courtyard. The rooms, however, needed updating and felt cramped due to a small dressing area and basin. The service from the staff was nice and friendly, but the open access to some parts of the building could be improved for security.
I was a bit underwhelmed by the rooms, as they felt outdated and not up to par for a five-star hotel. However, the service was top-notch, with staff being extremely helpful, especially when we needed to contact our tour company. The location was perfect, being very close to the city center. When it comes to dining, the breakfast selection was varied and satisfying. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
The hotel had a nice view of the ocean and served its need, although the furniture felt a bit outdated. The staff were friendly and always helpful in finding transportation. The location was very good, close to the city center and with a variety of breakfast options available. The dining experience offered a mix of traditional Korean and western dishes, but nothing particularly special.
